Hungarian Film Festival in London, 26-29 June
The Hungarian Cultural Centre’s first film festival, ‘Check the Gate: Our 21st Century’ begins today, at the Curzon Mayfair. Coinciding with the centenary of the birth of Hungarian cinema, the festival celebrates the best of contemporary Hungarian cinema, and showcases features by Kornél Mundruczó, Bendek Fliegauf, György Pálfi, Csaba Bollók, Ferenc Török, Diana Groó, and Ágnes Kocsis, as well as short films.
